Hi! I’m Aania! Group Fitness is my most favorite way to move my body! I do fitness to have more mobility for my daily life. Strengthening my muscles to help support me as I age is the key reason. Owning this studio has been one of my greatest joys and greatest challenges, and that’s saying something considering I have twins. I am a Wife and Mom of five great kids who come first in my life. I’m happiest when I am eating chips and salsa and drinking a diet coke! Come join me in class sometime, we have a good time!
Hi I’m Starr! Before discovering High Fitness five years ago, I never dreamed working out could be…fun? Exercise provided me a lifeline through the pandemic, improving both my mental and physical health. Now I love sharing my love of fitness with everyone! I am a wife and Mother of four. When I’m not grape-vining in the gym, I can be found walking my dog, paddle boarding the lakes of the Wasatch front or off exploring the National Parks in an RV!
Hi! I’m Sophia! The self-proclaimed life of the party! I bring the fun and crazy
energy to every class I teach. Mom to three, wife to one. In my spare time, I love
a good book, good food, and traveling the world!
Hi! I’m Shannon! I love meeting new people from teaching fitness. I love watching
people who are new to the gym come every day and love it! Fitness can change
your life!
Hi I’m Lindsey! I was very active growing up and played competitive soccer
though collage. I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in
Recreation Therapy. It was through this experience that I realized my love for
helping others by increasing their quality of life through all types of movement. I
have four kids who keep me busy all day long. I was even doing burpees and
teaching classes the same week I had baby #4! I have a deep love for fitness
and you will feel that energy as you come to my class!
Hi I’m Lacie! Being active and doing group fitness for the past seven years has
truly changed my life. Besides gaining amazing, lifelong friends – I love how I feel
when I leave each and every class. I am a better Mom, Wife and all around
human when I can move my body.
Hi I’m Kristi! I am the Co-Creator of Riot Dance Fitness, Utah’s newest hip-hop
inspired cardio/hoot dance fitness format, disrupting the industry. Rebelling
against what society told us fitness “looks like.” The perfect combination of a
cardio class and a dance workshop. “You deserve to feel sexy, take up space,
and be surrounded by a community that cheers loudly when you step out of your
comfort zone”. Kristi has taught and been inspired by multiple dance fitness
formats since 2019.
Hi! I’m Abigail! Outdoor adventurer, moon lover, golden hour obsessor, coffee
connoisseur, mixed with a little bit of sugar and spice!
Hi I’m Julia! I have reached an age where beating up my body to fit into diet
cultures “ideal look” is no longer appealing. So when I found SHiNE, I was so
excited! It is FUN and feels good. I get to move and dance without the jarring
movements that hurt my joints. Another bonus is that, from top of the company
down, body and diversity are celebrated in both SHiNE’s instructors and
participants. I finally found a fitness home and I couldn’t be happier. Let’s dance
y’all!
Hi I’m Dru! I have been teaching dance and/or doing fitness for more than half
my life! My love for group fitness ignited when I attended my first High class, over
nine years ago. I was hooked from day one and I now enjoy teaching Barre and
Pilates just as much. I love beginning my days in the studio with family and
friends alike. My other loves include my husband, three children, any outdoor
activity, treats and puzzles.
Hi I’m Ashley! I’ve enjoyed teaching fitness for five years now. It’s never to late to
start taking care of yourself. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness
journey – only that you show up for yourself! Let’s have some fun together!
Hi I’m Aubri! My happy place is at a studio or gym teaching group fitness class.
My ultimate goal with every class I teach is to provide a space where you can be
yourself, push at your own level, get lost in the music, and leave with a smile. I
absolutely LOVE everything about group fitness.
Hi I’m Shannon! I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years. I
am ACE & MAD Dogg Spinning Certified. I am often heard saying “there is
nothing better than getting high on sweat with a good playlist & good friends.”
Hi I’m Alex! I started teaching group fitness after my little sister convinced me that
we should certify in High Fitness. Little did she know the happiness, confidence,
and friendships it would bring! I love to hike, travel, read and bake!
